How can I create an account on Contarmarket?
To create an account, click “Sign Up” on the homepage, complete the registration form, and confirm your email. Once activated, you will be able to shop, view your orders, and access wholesale options.

Does Contarmarket offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $250. Orders below that amount have shipping costs calculated at checkout. Shipping times and rates depend on weight, destination, and carrier availability.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Zelle, and bank transfer for wholesale orders.

How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within one week of receiving the product and only for valid product-related reasons. We do not accept returns due to resale difficulties, marketplace rejections, or listing restrictions. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and the original outbound shipping cost covered by Contarmarket will be deducted from the refund. All returns are subject to company review.

Are all products authentic?
Yes. All products sold by Contarmarket are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable suppliers.

Does Contarmarket issue distribution or authorization letters (LOA)?
