Contarmarket provides reliable, transparent, and compliance-aligned wholesale shipping services across the United States. Our logistics process supports retailers, online sellers, export-forwarding customers, and institutional buyers with accurate fulfillment and consistent delivery times. We ship exclusively from our U.S. warehouse to all fifty states using trusted ground carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Customers may also pick up orders directly from our warehouse.

Order Processing Time
We prioritize speed and accuracy in all wholesale operations. Standard processing time is generally under twenty-four hours. Large-volume, palletized, or high-density orders may require additional handling time. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Contarmarket may extend processing time when product verification, quantity validation, or compliance checks are required. These measures ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Tracking information is emailed automatically once the order has shipped.

Delivery Time
Contarmarket ships exclusively via ground services, with standard delivery times ranging from two to five business days for most U.S. destinations. Some products may display deferred or extended delivery times depending on their availability status, conditions indicated on the product page, or supplier-based requirements. Express or overnight shipping is not available.

Special Orders and Deferred Shipments
Certain products, such as special orders, pre-order items, or items with supplier-dependent timelines, may include specific shipping timeframes. Orders containing these products will ship according to the timeline stated for each item.

Pallet and LTL Freight Shipments
For palletized LTL shipments, delivery times may exceed standard ground transit due to freight carrier scheduling, consolidation requirements, and handling procedures. Additional processing time may be necessary for preparing palletized loads. Delivery appointments may be arranged depending on the destination. LTL shipping is recommended for high-volume wholesale buyers seeking efficient logistics.

Carrier Accounts and Ground Shipping
Contarmarket manages shipments through dedicated commercial accounts with FedEx and UPS, ensuring preferential business rates, consistent delivery performance, full tracking visibility, and reliable nationwide coverage. Tracking details are provided immediately after dispatch.

Pickup at Our Warehouse
Customers may select Local Pickup at checkout. Once the order is ready, a Pickup Ready email will be sent. Customers must bring their order confirmation and a valid ID. Pickup is available during business hours Monday through Friday. This option is ideal for local buyers and freight forwarders.

Packaging and Identification
All Contarmarket shipments are packed in boxes sealed with Contarmarket-branded tape to ensure easy identification, visual confirmation of untampered packaging, and streamlined handling during pickup or delivery.

Free Shipping and Rates
Free shipping is available on orders over two hundred fifty dollars. Shipping fees apply to orders below this threshold. Rates vary based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping Address Policy
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. If an incorrect address is submitted, the order must be cancelled and resubmitted. Customers must provide a valid delivery location.

If the Customer Is Not Present at Delivery
Depending on the carrier, packages may be left in a safe location, held for pickup, or scheduled for re-delivery. The delivery method depends on each carrier’s protocol.

International Shipments via Freight Forwarder
Contarmarket does not ship directly outside the United States. Customers may ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder. Once delivered to the forwarder, all international logistics become the responsibility of the customer and the forwarding company.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, customers should contact us immediately and provide photos, the order number, and relevant details. Contarmarket will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation. Resolution will follow the carrier’s policies and findings.
