Although Contarmarket does not sell directly on Amazon or other online marketplaces, many of our customers do. This disclosure supports compliance throughout the broader supply chain in which our products are distributed.
Contarmarket is committed to operating with integrity and ensuring that no forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking is present at any stage of our supply chain.
1. Company Overview
Contarmarket is a U.S.-based wholesale distributor. The majority of the products we sell originate from reputable suppliers within the United States. We do not source from any region, entity, or supplier associated with forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking risks.
2. Our Commitment
Contarmarket strictly prohibits:
- Forced labor or involuntary servitude
- Child labor
- Human trafficking
- Debt bondage or coercive labor practices
- Labor obtained through intimidation, fraud, violence, or abuse
All suppliers, manufacturers, and business partners must uphold the same standards.
3. Supply Chain Verification
Contarmarket conducts internal verification processes to ensure compliance with:
- U.S. labor laws
- CBP import regulations
- Ethical and responsible sourcing practices
Because our suppliers are primarily U.S.-based, the risk of forced labor is low. We nonetheless review supplier documentation, certifications, and require compliance where applicable.
4. Supplier Audits
Contarmarket does not currently perform on-site audits due to the nature of our sourcing. However, we reserve the right to request:
- Third-party audits
- Compliance certifications
- Supporting documentation
if any risks or concerns arise.
5. Supplier Certifications
Suppliers must certify that:
- Their products comply with all applicable U.S. federal and state labor laws
- No part of their supply chain involves forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking
- Their operations follow ethical and responsible sourcing principles
Suppliers must comply with the Contarmarket Supplier Code of Conduct.
6. Internal Accountability
Contarmarket maintains internal procedures to:
- Monitor supplier compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Document corrective actions
- Ensure continuous improvement in supply chain transparency
Any employee or supplier who violates these standards may be subject to disciplinary action or contract termination.
7. Employee Training
Relevant employees receive periodic training on:
- Identifying forced labor and trafficking risks
- Understanding U.S. compliance requirements
- Reviewing supplier documentation and certifications
Procurement and sourcing personnel must acknowledge these policies annually.
8. Reporting Concerns
Any individual — employee, supplier, distributor, or customer — may report concerns regarding forced labor or unethical practices through:

9. Supplier Code of Conduct
All suppliers must adhere to the following principles:
- Legal Compliance: Adherence to all U.S. federal, state, and local laws.
- Prohibition of Forced Labor: No use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor.
- Prohibition of Child Labor: No employment of workers below the legal minimum age.
- Prohibition of Human Trafficking: No coercive, deceptive, or exploitative recruitment.

- Wages and Hours: Payment of lawful wages and compliance with hour and overtime regulations.

Failure to comply may result in termination of the business relationship.
