Terms and Conditions

The ContarPlus Payment Store Credit Promotion allows eligible ContarPlus members to earn promotional Contarmarket Store Credit on qualifying orders paid in full through Zelle, ACH bank transfer, or wire transfer.
By participating in this promotion, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. ContarPlus Membership Requirement
This promotion is available exclusively to customers with an active ContarPlus membership.
The customer’s ContarPlus membership must be active and in good standing at the time:
- the qualifying order is placed;
- the eligible payment is received and verified; and
- the promotional Store Credit is issued.
Orders placed or paid before the customer activates or renews a ContarPlus membership do not qualify retroactively.
Customers with an expired, canceled, suspended, refunded, disputed, or otherwise inactive membership are not eligible for this promotion.
Contarmarket may allow a customer to activate or renew a ContarPlus membership before completing payment for a qualifying order. The membership must be active before the eligible payment is received and verified.
2. Eligible Purchase Amounts
Eligible ContarPlus members may earn:
- 2% back in Contarmarket Store Credit on qualifying orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $2,000.00 to $9,999.99.
- 3% back in Contarmarket Store Credit on qualifying orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $10,000.00 or more.
The 2% and 3% promotional rewards are not cumulative.
Qualifying orders of $10,000.00 or more receive a total promotional Store Credit reward of 3%, not 5%.
3. Eligible Payment Methods
To qualify, the entire order balance must be paid using one of the following eligible payment methods:
- Zelle;
- ACH bank transfer; or
- wire transfer.
Orders paid in whole or in part using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, financing, gift card, previously issued Store Credit, or any other noneligible payment method do not qualify, unless expressly authorized in writing by Contarmarket.
Selecting an eligible payment method does not automatically guarantee eligibility. Payment must be received, identified, cleared, verified, and accepted by Contarmarket.
Any bank, Zelle, ACH, wire transfer, intermediary, or processing fees are the customer’s responsibility and will not count toward the qualifying purchase amount.
4. Eligible Merchandise Subtotal
The promotional Store Credit is calculated based on the final eligible merchandise subtotal after all applicable discounts, promotional adjustments, credits, cancellations, and refunds have been applied.
The following amounts are excluded from the calculation:
- shipping and delivery charges;
- freight charges;
- sales tax and other taxes;
- payment, banking, handling, or service fees;
- ContarPlus membership fees;
- gift cards;
- previously issued Store Credit;
- canceled, returned, refunded, unavailable, or unshipped merchandise;
- non-merchandise charges;
- any other amount determined by Contarmarket to be ineligible.
The applicable promotional threshold is determined by the eligible merchandise subtotal, not by the total invoice amount or the total amount transferred by the customer.
5. Payment of the Full Invoice Amount
The promotional Store Credit is not a discount on the current order.
Customers must pay the full invoice amount communicated by Contarmarket and may not deduct the expected 2% or 3% promotional Store Credit from their Zelle, ACH, or wire transfer payment.
Any payment received for less than the full required order balance may cause the order to become ineligible for the promotion.
6. Issuance of Store Credit
Promotional Store Credit will be issued only after:
- the customer’s active ContarPlus membership has been verified;
- the full eligible payment has been received and cleared;
- the order has been reviewed and approved by Contarmarket; and
- the qualifying merchandise has been shipped or the order has otherwise been completed.
Promotional Store Credit may take up to 10 business days after shipment or order completion to appear in the customer’s Contarmarket account.
The Store Credit will be issued separately and may only be applied toward a future eligible purchase.
7. Partial Shipments and Backorders
For orders completed through multiple shipments, Contarmarket may wait until the entire qualifying order has been completed before issuing the promotional Store Credit.
Contarmarket may also calculate and issue the promotional Store Credit based only on merchandise that has been paid for, invoiced, and shipped.
Canceled, unavailable, discontinued, refunded, returned, or unshipped merchandise will not qualify for promotional Store Credit.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Canceled, returned, refunded, disputed, unpaid, or partially unpaid merchandise does not qualify for promotional Store Credit.
If an order is partially canceled, returned, or refunded, the promotional Store Credit will be recalculated based on the final eligible merchandise subtotal.
If the revised eligible merchandise subtotal falls below a promotional threshold, the Store Credit percentage may be reduced or eliminated.
For example:
- If an order initially qualifies for the 3% reward but its final eligible merchandise subtotal falls below $10,000.00, the reward may be recalculated at 2%.
- If the final eligible merchandise subtotal falls below $2,000.00, no promotional Store Credit will be earned.
9. Reversal or Recovery of Store Credit
Contarmarket may cancel, reverse, deduct, or recover promotional Store Credit issued in connection with:
- canceled merchandise;
- returned merchandise;
- refunded merchandise;
- payment reversals;
- returned ACH payments;
- wire transfer recalls;
- disputes or chargebacks;
- fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;
- calculation, technical, or administrative errors;
- violations of these Terms and Conditions.
If the customer has already used promotional Store Credit that is later reversed, Contarmarket may deduct the corresponding amount from:
- any refund due to the customer;
- the customer’s remaining Store Credit balance;
- future promotional credits;
- a future order;
- any other amount owed by Contarmarket to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Use of Promotional Store Credit
Promotional Store Credit:
- may only be used toward eligible future purchases from Contarmarket;
- may not be applied to the order that generated it;
- may not be applied retroactively to a completed order;
- has no cash value;
- may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash;
- may not be withdrawn;
- may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or resold;
- may only be used through the customer account that earned it;
- may not be used to purchase ContarPlus memberships, gift cards, or other excluded products or services;
- is subject to Contarmarket’s general Store Credit policies.
Promotional Store Credit may not be transferred between customer accounts, individuals, companies, employees, owners, related businesses, or affiliated entities without Contarmarket’s prior written approval.
11. Membership Cancellation or Expiration
Contarmarket may deny pending promotional Store Credit if the customer’s ContarPlus membership is canceled, disputed, refunded, suspended, or otherwise becomes inactive before the Store Credit is issued.
The cancellation or expiration of a ContarPlus membership does not entitle the customer to receive the promotional benefit in cash.
Promotional Store Credit validly issued before the membership becomes inactive will remain subject to Contarmarket’s Store Credit policies and any applicable redemption requirements.
12. Separate Orders and Order Aggregation
Each order must independently satisfy the applicable eligible merchandise subtotal requirement.
Separate orders may not be combined to reach the $2,000.00 or $10,000.00 promotional threshold.
Contarmarket is not required to combine:
- multiple orders;
- multiple invoices;
- purchases made on different dates;
- purchases made through different customer accounts;
- purchases made by related or affiliated businesses.
13. Split Payments
The full eligible order balance must be paid using an eligible payment method.
Orders paid through a combination of eligible and noneligible payment methods do not qualify unless Contarmarket provides prior written approval.
Multiple Zelle, ACH, or wire payments may be accepted toward the same order, provided that all payments are properly identified and the full eligible order balance is received and verified.
14. Multiple Accounts and Promotional Abuse
Customers may not divide, restructure, duplicate, combine, or otherwise manipulate orders, payments, memberships, or customer accounts to obtain a promotional benefit improperly.
Contarmarket may deny or reverse promotional Store Credit when it reasonably believes that:
- an order was divided or combined to manipulate a promotional threshold;
- multiple accounts were created or used by the same customer;
- related businesses or individuals coordinated purchases to obtain additional rewards;
- payment or membership information was misrepresented;
- the transaction was not made for a legitimate commercial purpose;
- the customer violated Contarmarket policies.
15. Other Promotions and Discounts
This promotion may be combined with standard product pricing, eligible ContarPlus member pricing, or automatic quantity discounts unless otherwise stated by Contarmarket.
It may not be combined with:
- another payment-method incentive;
- another Store Credit or cashback promotion;
- a negotiated rebate;
- a specially negotiated account credit;
- a promotional payment discount;
- any other offer identified by Contarmarket as non-combinable.
Contarmarket reserves the right to determine whether a particular discount, quote, price, rebate, or promotional offer may be combined with the ContarPlus Payment Store Credit Promotion.
16. Quotes and Special Pricing
Orders placed under specially negotiated pricing, custom quotes, contract pricing, liquidation pricing, closeout pricing, special account pricing, or specially approved commercial terms may be excluded from this promotion.
Eligibility for orders involving special pricing or custom commercial terms must be confirmed in writing by Contarmarket.
17. Promotional Credit Only
The benefit offered through this promotion is promotional Contarmarket Store Credit.
It is not:
- a cash refund;
- a cash rebate;
- a discount on the current invoice;
- a reduction in the payment amount;
- a bank transfer reimbursement;
- a refund of payment processing expenses;
- a monetary balance that may be withdrawn.
18. Account and Payment Verification
Contarmarket may request additional information or documentation to verify:
- the customer’s identity;
- the customer’s ContarPlus membership;
- the business associated with the order;
- the sender of the Zelle, ACH, or wire payment;
- the bank account or payment reference;
- the relationship between multiple accounts, individuals, or companies;
- the legitimacy and commercial purpose of the transaction.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in delayed, denied, suspended, or reversed promotional Store Credit.
19. Fraud, Errors and Misuse
Contarmarket may withhold, cancel, suspend, or reverse promotional Store Credit in cases involving suspected:
- fraud;
- unauthorized payment activity;
- payment manipulation;
- duplicate transactions;
- identity misrepresentation;
- account misuse;
- membership misuse;
- promotional abuse;
- technical, system, calculation, or administrative errors.
The issuance of Store Credit does not prevent Contarmarket from subsequently correcting an incorrect amount or reversing an improperly issued credit.
20. Promotion Modification, Suspension or Termination
Contarmarket reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, replace, or terminate the ContarPlus Payment Store Credit Promotion at any time.
Any modification will apply to orders placed on or after the effective date of the change, unless otherwise stated.
The termination or modification of the promotion will not affect valid Store Credit already issued, except in cases involving:
- canceled, returned, or refunded merchandise;
- payment reversals;
- disputes or chargebacks;
- fraud or abuse;
- eligibility or calculation errors;
- violations of these Terms and Conditions.
21. No Guarantee of Eligibility
The advertisement, display, or availability of this promotion does not guarantee that every customer, payment, or order will qualify.
Contarmarket may review each order, payment, membership, and customer account before issuing promotional Store Credit.
Eligibility determinations made by Contarmarket will be final, subject to applicable law.
22. General Contarmarket Terms
Participation in the ContarPlus Payment Store Credit Promotion is also subject to:
- Contarmarket’s general Terms and Conditions;
- ContarPlus membership terms;
- Store Credit policies;
- payment policies;
- shipping and delivery policies;
- cancellation policies;
- return and refund policies.
In the event of a conflict specifically concerning this promotion, these ContarPlus Payment Store Credit Promotion Terms and Conditions will control.
