Contarplus – Terms and Conditions
1. Program Description
Contarplus is the membership program offered by Contarmarket, available through contarmarket.com.
Its purpose is to provide customers with exclusive benefits, special discounts, and priority services through two membership options: Platinum (monthly) and Executive (annual).
2. Membership Types

Access to product-specific discounts ranging from 3% to 20%, depending on each item.

Priority shipping, meaning Platinum orders are processed before regular orders.

3. Access and Registration
To join Contarplus, customers must:

Select the desired membership (Platinum or Executive) and complete the corresponding payment.

Membership activation occurs automatically once payment is confirmed.
4. Duration and Renewal

Platinum Membership: Valid for one month and automatically renews every month unless canceled by the user.

Executive Membership: Valid for one year and automatically renews annually unless canceled.

Benefits remain active throughout the valid membership period.
5. Benefits and Scope
Benefits apply exclusively to products available on contarmarket.com and are subject to:

Current commercial conditions.

Exclusions established by Contarmarket (e.g., non-discounted or limited-edition products).
Discounts are automatically applied when the customer logs in with an active Contarplus membership.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
Contarmarket reserves the right to:

Update monthly or annual membership prices, with prior notice to members.

Suspend or terminate the Contarplus program, without affecting memberships that remain active during their valid period.
Customers may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings. Cancellations do not generate refunds for already-paid periods.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to Contarplus, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as Contarmarket’s general policies.
